Our purpose is to see faith move from concept to conduct, from belief to behavior, producing visible Kingdom fruit.
My name is Maurice Spann and I am a certified Marriage Coach, facilitator, and instructor with over fifteen years of experience teaching leadership principles in both university and professional environments.
For more than a decade, I have also led men and youth through discipleship, mentoring, and leadership development within ministry settings, walking alongside individuals as they grow in character, responsibility, and purpose.
I have been married for eighteen years and am the father of three adult children. My work is shaped not only by formal training, but by lived experience. I walked through a five year season of depression marked by unemployment and a loss of identity, a season that required deep healing and personal restoration.
During that time, my wife carried the weight of being the sole provider for our household. That season exposed the cost of unformed identity and ultimately became the catalyst for my calling to help men heal, grow, and lead from a place of clarity and alignment with God’s design.
I am the author of numerous blog posts, articles, leadership programs, and discipleship curricula, and I am currently completing my forthcoming book, Rebuilding the Kingdom Man.
Through The Kingdom Man Collective, I combine biblical teaching, structured formation, and intentional mentorship to help men move from passive belief to active faith. Whether facilitating group discussions or engaging in one on one conversations, my approach is relational, disciplined, and purpose driven, helping men establish Kingdom identity and walk confidently in their role as leaders in their homes, communities, and the church.
